Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID and credit card. Please note that any special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in, but all are negotiable.

Guests arriving outside hours are kindly requested to check with the B&B in advance. The contact numbers are either 1-604-869-7223, or 1-604-749-7131.

Breakfast

Two choices are offered, either Fully Cooked or a Continental (with some flexibility) and breakfast is served in one of the dining areas.  Guests can choose their preferred time between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (with some reasonable flexibility).

Children

Children older than 12 years are welcome and can be accommodated in a separate room containing a double sofa bed. The cost for this room is $50 per person a night, which includes breakfasts.

Age restriction

The minimum age for booking is 19.

Payment

Types of payment accepted at this property

Most credit cards or cash (preferred).

Payment options

Full payment is required seven days prior to date of stay. Rooms have to be cancelled giving at least seven days’ notice for a full refund to be issued.  If guests choose to pay by cash, credit card information has to be given and in the case of a no show, you will be charged the full amount for the stay, including 15% government taxes.

 

Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in designated outside areas. Ashtrays can be supplied on request.

Parties

With respect to other guests, parties are not allowed.

​

Quiet hours

Guests are asked to be respectfully quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Pets

Pets are only allowed in the designated basement area.
